Are the French all they’re cracked up to be? You decide. We will taste wines in brackets including one French and one non French wine. A consensus will be taken and groups will be awarded points based on how often they back the winners.
Designed with larger groups in mind, these tastings allow large numbers of people to get involved at once and are great for meshing people together.
The group is divided into teams and asked to supply an event/wine related name for their group beforehand (A prize will be awarded to the group with the most original name).
How much is the wine in front of you worth? Can you tell plonk from fine and rare?
To keep or not to keep... which wines will last the distance and which should be drunk (or poured down the sink) now?
Tastings vary from £25-50 per person, tend to go for about 2 hours and typically include 6-10 different wines chosen to suit your needs.
We can come to you or arrange a venue in an area of your choice.
Syrah and Shiraz, Pinot Gris and Grigio... What’s the difference? We’ll discuss what sets some of these wines apart from one another and then the groups will be asked to decide which is which.
